Culture backs all our products but incase you have an issues, you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Items cannot be damaged or opened for approved refund.
Please do not return damaged items. We will replace damaged items free of charge! Your product refund will be issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase.
