Dr. Michael Fields is a board-certified OB/GYN who has been providing exceptional women’s healthcare and gynecologic surgical care in Knoxville since 2001. Originally from southern Louisiana, Dr. Fields now proudly calls East Tennessee home. He is a graduate of Bearden High School, Carson-Newman College, and the Quillen College of Medicine, and completed his residency training at the University of Tennessee.

As a leader in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, Dr. Fields specializes in advanced robotic procedures utilizing the Da Vinci® Surgical System. This innovative technology allows for greater surgical precision and accuracy while minimizing trauma to the body, shortening recovery times, and reducing the risk of postoperative complications.

Dr. Fields also has extensive experience in both surgical and non-surgical vaginal rejuvenation procedures. He performs cosmetic surgical labioplasty and offers non-surgical labioplasty treatments using the InMode Empower platform, helping women address functional and aesthetic concerns with personalized, effective care.
